August 26, 2004 Lahue of The ELM Group receives Presidential Volunteer Service Award NEWBURGH, INDIANA -- Ed Lahue, president of The ELM Group, was awarded the Presidential Volunteer Service Award – Gold Level, which was given by President George W. Bush’s Council on Service and Civic Participation. Mr. Lahue received this award in recognition for his pro bono consulting work with the Evansville Christian Life Center, an inner city ministry that restores people through Christ. Mr. Lahue and his firm worked with the Board of Directors and staff to develop a new strategic plan for the ministry’s future.
